The Samsung Jet S8000 is intended to be a very fast and more powerful phone with a 800 MHz processor. Samsung say that the Jet is the fastest full-touch device on the market, and that would be even faster than the 600 MHz Apple iPhone 3G S. Samsung Jet isn't a smartphone. It runs the new Touch Wiz 2.0 interface with Samsung web browser called "Dolfin". This is a pretty good phone, and the fast processor in it makes it a very pleasant experience in operating but it lacks the look and flexibility of the iPhone.
Samsung Jet S 8000 has features of video and video formats including MP 3, AAC and Windows media format and Div X movies. It can play and record at 30 frames per second. It has a built in FM Radio and a 3.5 mm audio socket. The additional feature the phone has is video editing. The storing capacity, on micro SD, of the phone is 16 GB.
Samsung Jet S8000 has a WAP browser instead of HTML. It moves through the websites quickly and performs satisfactorily. Messaging in the phone is easy with the key pad provided. The touch screen reacts to even the slightest touch just as a capacitive screen does. You can use anything you want to activate it like a pencil, nails, etc. Writing, scrolling, typing, zooming - everything is as easy as on the capacitive screens of Samsung's M7600 and S8300.
Samsung Jet S 8000 has three buttons below the display end key, call key and the center button. The center button is in fact a 3D Cube. The cube button activates the Cube launcher. The front is sleek with black glass framing the display, while the surface around the buttons is made of a matte where the finger prints are not imprinted. It has a touch screen bar.
