How to test the potential of an SEO campaign

If unsure whether to invest in a full blown 6 - 18 month SEO campaign, and want to test the water to see the level of potential enquiries and conversions from your keyword search terms, then the use of PPC for 30 days could be an excellent solution.

Although being many differences in an organic listing on the left and a paid ad at the top or to the right of the search results could potentially save a lot of wasted time, money and effort if ascertain whether the visits from your search terms convert.

For this strategy to work, need to first set an affordable budget to spend based on no conversions. Very easy to spend thousands with no return on investment if use the wrong keywords.

Secondly need to ensure your budget covers all the potential daily impressions.
