Asahi is yet another quality Japanese beer brand that even got the Grand Pix at Chicago World Fair, 1893, after just four years of their existence. The Sapporo beer is a blend of various breweries in Japan. The fifth largest Japanese beer company is the Orion that was established in the year 1957 due to the raising demand of beer.
Third beer which is also popularly called as New Genre or the Shin Janru is in fact the recent development as far as the Japanese beer market is concerned. To counter the tax changes which reclassified beer malt content and raised the rates of Happoshu, this beverage that resembles beer contains soya, pea and wheat spirits instead of malt.

Yebisu is one of the oldest beers of Japan that was made by the Sapporo. Yebisu Premium is the dark beer with a strong flavor and which is brewed from hundred percent malt. This drink pairs exceptional with the fatty foods of Japan like the tonkatsu and yakisoba or even the Chinese dishes.
In other words, beer is the concoction of hops, water as well as malted barley that is fermented using yeast. It is the same process whether beer is made in America, Europe or Japan.
