Martial art is a form of self-defense combat, practiced with discipline of mind, and in some form, it leads to spiritual enlightenment. The popular form of martial arts, which prevail today, is the Judo, Karate, Kung fu, Tae Kwan doe, Ju Jitsu and mixed martial arts. Mixed martial arts, known as MMA provides a mixture of different fighting styles. MMA emerged as a sport in 1990 with the award of Ultimate Fighting Championship. Many rules were amended to keep the participants safe, without getting badly hurt. Brazilian Ji Jutsu fighter defeating his five opponents won the first title of UFC in 1993 tournament.

To become a professional in MMA you have to build your body endurance by conditioning it in the gym with appropriate gadgets. Apart from that natural conditioning such as running enhances your stamina level and develops your body free movement and accurate reflex. A good trainer will recognize your weak points and develop them to overcome the weakness. They provide a perfect plan that enhances your strength, increases your power and develops stamina.

In MMA the opponent uses various techniques from different martial art forms. Therefore, to fight in MMA you should learn few more martial art technique and use the appropriate technique accurately in the given situation. To fight on high-level matches you should be trained on various method of endurance. These include the toning of muscles to perform in all strained conditions. You should practice according to the match rules and the rounds you have to fight.

MMA sports are the most difficult of all martial art as it is a combination of different technique. Each technique expertise is essential to defeat your opponent including body fitness, skill and stamina.
