Breathing Can Bring Body with Life and Energy

We breathe to survive. If people get away from air, oxygen, people will die immediately. But truth is more than that. Clinical studies prove that oxygen, wellness, and life-span are totally dependent on proper breathing. Some experts even propose that the lung volume is a primary marker for how long you will live.

They are not exaggerating the effects of breathing. A 20% reduction in oxygen blood levels may be caused by the aging process and normal breathing habits. Poor breathing robs energy and negatively affects mental alertness.

We address food, exercise, internal cleansing, attitude, and environment but breathing is for many the most important part of getting and keeping healthy. Our life is begin with breathe, so it seems we also have to practice some way to breathe.

If you are a yoga lover, you may heard that in yoga, the breath is known as prana or a universal energy that can be used to find a balance between the body and mind, the conscious and unconscious, and the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.

Unlike other bodily functions, the breath is easily used to communicate between these systems, which give us an excellent tool to help facilitate positive change. It is considered the only bodily function that we do both voluntarily and involuntarily. And we can consciously use breathing to influence the sympathetic nervous system that regulated blood pressure, heart rate, circulation, digestion and may other bodily functions. So breathing with proper methods can gets you more vitality and better quality of life.

If you are interested in making the process of breathing a way to achieving health, you can find articles and books (especially the book focus on yoga) that talking about ways of breathing, such as diaphragmatic breathing, abdominal breathing, and so on. These exercises can be practiced according to different circumstances of your life. As you inhale, simply be aware that you are inhaling. As you exhale, simply be aware that you are exhaling. It will help free you from your automatic thoughts and emotional reactions and thus enable you to live with more receptivity and clarity in the present moment. You can try this exercise when you are anxious or anger. Then you will be surprise about the peace that it bring to you.

Breath can bring your body with the control of life or energy, and good to your work. When you feel tense or uncomfortable as you are working, take a moment to check your breathing. Are you breathing shallowly and rapidly, into your throat or chest? Are you making breathing difficult by clenching any muscles? If you find where the problem lies in, you are more likely to deal with it. When we aren’t allowing ourselves enough air, it’s no surprise that working feels painful and worrisome. Breathing correctly can even good to your work, to make working becomes easier and more fulfilling, and ultimately, increase your productivity.
