If you were to eat a heavy meal you may experience vomiting and nausea with the exercise portion of your test. The other concern with caffeine is your blood pressure; it can cause your blood pressure to be slightly higher then normal. So this means that there is no coffee (decaffeinated or not), tea, chocolate, soda and any pain reliever that contains caffeine. Make sure that you are wearing comfortable clothes. The clothes need to allow you to move freely and comfortable and you will want to make sure that you have tennis or athletic shoes on.

Make sure that this list includes any vitamins or supplements that you take on a daily basis as well. You will most likely be asked when the last time you took the medications was. Make sure that you go over any questions that you have about what to expect, how long will it take is there pain involved.

Modern society places ever increasing demands upon us and therefore elevating levels of anxiety and stress. These demands can be real or perceived i.e. you believe that they are real. For many, the stress condition is something that has been with them a long time and now accepted as the norm. This is far from healthy. Many will convince themselves that they 'thrive on stress'. Stress is an important and natural human condition essential for our survival and is part of our basic "fight or flight" responses. It can be good, for example a romantic encounter or the anticipation of a reward or getting yourself 'hyped up' before an athletic event.

Areas such as communication mean that we are presented with an ever increasing volume of information to experience and assimilate. Armed with the internet, email, mobile phones etc, we are able, and therefore often expected, to react quickly to external demands. The points discussed in the previous paragraph can be considered to be 'background' stressors which is the description given to stress making events.

Non-rapid eye movement (NREM) sleep takes up 80% of the average dreamer's night. The earliest phase of NREM sleep begins with general relaxation of muscles. Rapid eye movement (REM) sleep takes up about 25% of an average sleeper's night. Dreams that occur during REM sleep might provide, in a sense, a sorting through of free-floating information. The problem also hits much closer to home. Driver fatigue has been identified as the greatest accident risk factor affecting motor carriers.

It would be better if you take the test in the previous year prior to the year in which you plan to take admission. If you are planning admission in the year 2011 summer, better you take the admission test in 2010 spring itself. The physical sciences test consists of chemistry, physics, analytical reasoning and data interpretation. Questions are mixed in order to test the students ability to analyze things in the proper perspective. Physics concepts include Newtonian mechanics, thermodynamics, magnetism, light and optics, nuclear physics, and atomic phenomena. This is an good opportunity for students to score high.
