If you face problem while loading a program then you should check the documentation for resolving the problem or should check whether any update is required for download or not and should close the entire program while running the required program. Many times periodic rebooting is required for download so rebooting may prove helpful as well. You should always have correct date and in case you fail to download despite these measures then re-install the program.
