Getting pimples on the face is a big problem where you loose your confidence and smartness as you are totally concerned about what the other person might be thinking when he looks at you. Pimples place you in an uncomfortable state and are quite frustrating and annoying too. Pimples seem like a small bulge which are tender and are really painful in most of the cases. Pimples arise due to factors like improper food lacking in nutrients, lot of toxins in your body, deficiency of moisture in your skin or blocked skin openings. Water: Water is used to get freedom from pimples in two ways:

You can use plain water to wash your skin but clinical or gentle glycerin soap along with water acts wonders on your skin as glycerin is a perfect moisturizing agent for your skin and avoids your skin from drying out.

Balanced food: Balanced food is rich in Vitamins, Minerals, Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fat, all of which is vital for your body to carry out its daily activities. If you consume improper food which is deficient any nutrients, it will actually show on your skin or any other body part. Like Vitamin A, E and fatty acids are vital for a healthy skin, and if your food is improper and lacks in any such Vitamins then your skin will respond consequently and hence result in formation of pimples on face. So to get rid of pimples it is advised to take a balanced diet with balanced nutrients.

External Applications: You can apply some usual products on your pimples like:

c) Toothpaste can be put on the pimple directly at night, and in the morning when it dries up it can be cleaned away with water and the outcome can be observed on your face.
d) An apricot juice is useful to get rid of pimples. It is easy and most successful way to aid you out, only you have to apply it on the affected areas for 10-15 minutes daily, until you get the most-wanted effects.

There are other choices like on-the-counter tablets and clinical creams that might help to get rid of pimples but the directions stated on the cartons must be strictly observed in order to get the preferred results. You may even consult a dermatologist to help you get rid of pimples. A cosmetic treatment or cosmetic creams also help you to get rid of pimples and give you a fresh and a glowing pimple-free skin, but these methods may be a bit expensive.

Further more you must never prick or squeeze your pimple as it might lead to many more and might leave a spot or a scar too. Avoid red meat and hot and spicy food that rises your body toxins, also give up fatty and oily fried foods that not only add up weight to your body but may also lead to pimples on your face.
