Panic Attacks is a kind of stress mayhem which is a very common hassle today. The stress and the additional anxiety on your mind and body can result in Panic Attack. This is more common in advanced countries where the people follow a different lifestyle to live at ease, but to attain all the luxuries a person has to pay a great price in terms of physical and emotional stress that is a major cause of Panic Attack.

Panic Attack is a fret deep within for no cause at all, sometimes you feel uncomfortable and experience muscle tension, greater heart beats, dry mouth, breathlessness, too much sweating, lack of attention, stomach disorder etc, all of these shows that you may sense a Panic Attack. This trouble is severe in people whose parents have experienced Panic Attack and can be a hereditary factor. You experience a disturbed life as you are under a constant fear of getting a Panic Attack that surely triggers the Panic Attacks in future.

Panic Attack resembles to a Heart attack as the heart beats are greater than normal and you may experience breathlessness. You are so suffocated and weak that you almost experience death and all this lasts for a few minutes, the most frightening minutes of your life, after which you feel normal. After a Panic Attack you try to remain away from your family and friends, you stop going out, you feel depressed and you are under a constant fear of getting Panic Attacks further. Well you should consult a qualified doctor to help you come out of these negative thoughts. You can overcome or avoid Panic Attacks if you prevent stress related conditions. Stress is the main cause of Panic Attack and if you have a lot of stress in your life then you might suffer severe panic attacks. When the stress goes beyond boundaries, our body reacts and we experience severe Panic Attack.

Panic is a fear that arises due to small reasons like when are getting late for office, or we are caught in a traffic and we need to reach somewhere urgently, monetary stress or stress due to family and society troubles etc.. We should relax and must not let our body to respond to this condition, our mind has to be relaxed so that we are away from problems that upset us. Avoid such situations that lead to strain, like leave home a little early to reach office on time, take other way if you get caught in the traffic, limit your expenditures and hoard money to prevent financial crisis, solve family hassles in a proper manner etc.. Thus by decreasing pressure you can prevent Panic Attacks.

Panic Attacks are actually suffered due to troubled emotions that make you feel depressed and sad. It is your psychological state that is hyped and to ease and soothe your mind try meditation that balances your mind and body, it helps to bring in positive energy, you seem fresh and tension-free. Yoga helps to calm your body and assists in apt blood circulation, keeps you externally fit and glad, you never feel depressed and low, you become enegetic and lively. These are the natural methods to avoid stress and avoid Panic Attacks. However, in severe cases you need to consult a Doctor or even a psychiatrist, who might give you some drugs and tranquilizers that soothe your mind, and thus relax you from strain. Follow a better lifestyle, go for a morning walk, join a laughter club, or try to socialize around with people by doing this your mind is light and relaxed. You are free from stress and thus the chances of Panic Attacks are reduced considerably.
