Celtic Manor Golf Resort - One of the premiere golf-centric hotel and leisure resorts in the country. It boasts three championship golf courses and will be hosting the 2010 Ryder Cup. Besides the three championship golf courses, the resort consists of two hotels, a country club, restaurants, two health clubs, two tennis courts, a conference center, and many other amenities. Montgomerie Course - Offers a wide range of challenges and excitement with its eighteen deep pot bunkers which gives the course a "linksy" look. This golf course was designed by Ryder Cup legend Colin Montgomerie and it measures 6,371 yards and is a par 69 course.
Builth Wells Golf Club - One of the more popular courses in Central Wales. Builth Wells is an especially challenging course which requires a great amount of decision making throughout a round. The course itself is 5,197 yards and is a par 66/67.
Pennant Park Golf Club - 18-hole golf course set in beautiful North Wales with stunning scenery and challenging holes. The course is 6,059 yards and is a par 70.
Llandrindod Wells Golf Club - Established in 1905 by local businessmen from the region. This golf course is about 5,800 yards in length and has a brilliant eighteen holes and is a par 69. The resort contains several other facilities such as a conference room, restaurants, driving range, club hire, etc. This club not only caters to professionals, but to amateurs as well.
Fairwood Park Golf Club - Located in South Wales, this golf course is considered the "Championship" golf club of south Wales because it had hosted the Welsh PGA championship twice. This course is about 6,700 yards in length and like other golf clubs it has facilities to carry out weddings, private functions, social events, etc.
Conwy Golf Club - The Conwy Golf Club located along the beautiful North Wales coast was Wales' first Open Qualifying course. The links course is renowned as the most challenging in the area and it is surrounded by beautiful mountains and coastline. It was home for the Ryder Cup Wales Seniors Open for the past two years and will host the European Amateur Team Championship in 2009.
