Many people suffer from halitosis and never know it. Other people might be too nice to come right out and tell you that your breath stinks. And we all know it is very difficult to smell your own breath. Your bad breath might be interfering with your social and professional success without you even noticing. So how do you know that you have bad breath? Are there things to look for? There are a number of things to look for and to take into consideration when you’re trying to determine whether or not you have bad breath.

Do you have a bad taste in your mouth often? Having a bad taste in your mouth could mean that you have halitosis. Are people always stepping away from you when you talk to them?
