If you can’t be bothered in life, life won’t be bothered with you! Simple as that!
They only way to combat a continuous lazy feeling of not being bothered... is to get up and do the very thing you can’t be bothered doing!
Only through action and completion of the task will this feeling have any chance of going away.
So you can either remain feeling not bothered, lazy and not doing the thing you know you should be doing... and feeling bad about it...
Or you have the power to change it.
Now remember you may not like the thing you have to do much.. there are things in life that feel a little more like a chore than you being super excited about it. If it you saw it as exciting you would do it! So there is a chance of changing your perception.
But on the grand scheme of things the question you need to ask is – is the task worth it to take away this ‘can’t be bothered/flat’ feeling you are experiencing every day?
What would it mean to you to be energised happy and out there living your life to its full potential?
If it is worth it then just do it and get it out of the way.
Remember what you put in is what you get out. So if you choose not to get bothered what do you expect to be getting back in your life?
And lastly you need to ask yourself why are you in this can’t be bothered state in the first place?
The answer is, is that you have accepted the outcome that it doesn’t matter if you don’t do it. You have accepted that you are happy with the outcome of not doing it.
Now if you don’t think this is true you need to prove that and go out and do it!
