In this day and age who can find time for themselves let alone their main squeeze. If you find yourself wrapped up in the toils of everyday life and yearn for more sweet lovin' then here is some advice to follow. First and foremost, make time. No excuse will do, we can all spare at least one hour a day to prioritize on the people who matter most in our lives.
Walking is one of the simplest ways to get or keep the body (and the heart) in good shape, and the great things is that you fit walking in to almost any part of your day. Although it may be a little more difficult for women living in rural areas there are usually still opportunities there. Those women that live in cities or live close to their place of employment can benefit from walking to and from work everyday.
Being away from home, being away from the office, if only for a week or even a weekend (a week's better because you need at least a day to unwind) takes you away from your regular work environment. The pressure is off unless you're insane enough to bring work with you. Let me qualify that one.

The mom business owner who has an infant or toddler will need to manage her time much differently than one who has school aged children. For those who are also caring for an infant, take advantage of the times when baby is sleeping. Just don't forget to get a few hours of sleep yourself!
Finding spare time presents us with a remarkable challenge, conventional thinking would be devoting our time to work leaving the balance to relaxation and family.
