Relationships are put under considerable stress in the early years of starting a family - you are both living with less sleep, you have less time to talk and spend less one-on-one time together.
We know that women and men communicate in different ways. While women tend to be more intuitive at reading people’s body language and general ‘tone’ to pick up on emotional cues, men generally aren’t that perceptive. If you need something from your partner, from doing more household chores to giving you a neck rub, speak up and ask for it rather than hoping he’ll see that you’re frazzled and pick up your invisible vibes. The Chances are he’ll be happy to oblige once he knows what you want from him.
All of us aware that good parenting of baby is very important as it is the base of his whole life. A baby sling is a great option to holding your baby and keeping them close without putting unnecessary strain on your back and arms. Going to your baby when they cry can also make them feel secure and loved. Sometimes babies cry because they are physically uncomfortable and need help and sometimes they cry because they want the comfort of your touch. Attending to his or her needs when they cry will let them know they can rely on you and are safe and secure.
Take time each day to have an uninterrupted conversation about how each of your days has been. Stop what you’re doing and listen to each other, ask open ended questions, like “how did that make you feel...” Raising a child is a demanding job but open communication with your partner will make it much easier.
There are all sorts of theories and opinions about caring for a baby – but any mother will tell you that the essential ingredient for growth is love! Also if your baby becomes successful in his career it is the great recognization of your best parenthood and your relationship with your partner in difficult situations to achieve it all.
