The difference is clear. The latter clearly stands out and has far more chances of winning over the customer's trust, than a site that tells nothing.

Who can design the site for you? A site that meets these needs of your business can only be designed by a company that specializes in realtor website templates. A regular web designing firm can never give you the competitive edge over others, simply because it treats all businesses alike.
